(and this to add. If you buy Frosted Flakes with 1/3 less sugar as I did, then add sugar, doesn't it defeat the purpose? I love FF but thought I'd try the new & improved version, which is basically tasteless corn flakes. Go for the full sugar hit, it's the only way.)
