I'm going through old family photos. The sun didn't come out and it got bloody cold, meaning ride postponed. This is one of my favorites, my brother's birthday party.

Raymismom had some old family photos posted and I really enjoyed them. It prompted me to steal the idea.

Aww, I love old photos especially black and white photos.

I'm glad you are having a better day and if tomorrow or an hour from now you're not don't worry I understand and I for one am here for you and judging by the comments Deb a whole lot of other people are as well.

I have a split shift today and so I am going to head out on my bike and I am going to try and get a shot of the mountains! Why can I not get the stupid mountains to show up in my pictures? I still can't get over your gorgeous shot of Mount Baker!

I am having a better day....I seem addicted to the computer right now but it's a great distraction for me. When i'm off it, my mind starts to overload.

It will come over me in waves I guess and I can't really control that. I'll just go with it, meaning one minute my posts will be idiotic me having a blast and the next emo me.

enjoy that ride - the sun disappeared here.

I don't take good mountain shots either. The sun was just hitting things right and this one showed up...but I definitely can relate to that frustration.
I look forward to your pics. Have fun!

Hey, you weren't kidding it was cold. What happened to our balmy weather? I ended up getting caught in the rain.

I think being addicted to the computer is a very good distraction. Well, I start teaching again in 20 minutes so I better get myself ready. In other words I need to make coffee!

Hey toccata - it rained here too. Forecast I heard was wrong (again).

We were part of the children should be seen and not heard generation gledwood.

tracey...n/p with the link...my pleasure. I'm not a great one in the "how to get stuff" department. Sorry, I usually ask people here and they guide me through (like you do). GL.

I do too Allison. We don't have too many but I love the ones we do have.

I love old photos too. And we have shoeboxes full of them. (Literally)

Mitch was awesome though I really didn't know him till he passed. What a shame. Very talented. I for some reason remember this (and I usually forget jokes 5 seconds after being told). Here it is:

I like rice. Rice is great if you're hungry and want 2000 of something.

thanks mel...i think so too.

Rob - that's one of my favorite Mitch bits. Also, the segment where he's describing how many bedrooms his place has and that depends on how you look at it.... "This one's got an oven in it".
