Re Amy Winehouse: I shall post some good stuff up in my music blog for you... don't be taken in by the Charlotte Church duetted Michael Jackson's "Beat It" jam... that is NOT Amy Winehouse's ordinary style AT ALL!! She is WELL funkie... sounds like a black woman with two decades' experience of singing jazz and blues ... and I've been listening to the 1st album she recorded aged EIGHTEEN!! She really has something going and it would be such a shame if she self-destructed, it really would. She already has a bad rep for not turning up to gigs and I think this is so unprofessional... after all that is people's wedding anniversaries, birthdays, reunions ... etc etc she is fucking up. If I ever get the chance to do so I will write her a letter and tell her exactly what I think bc I am seriously unimpressed by her behaviour and she has such talent it is a crime to waste it
Dude man, I swear my heart stopped for the entire duration of that last video, that dude fucking takes the cake!! I'm pretty sure I exhaled less than twice the whole time.
And WOOOOO!!! to the Hip video! God I love the way that man rips around the stage!! So freaking great, I love how he's always kicking at microphones.
